Welcome to the BALMOLOGY® website. This website www.balmology.co.uk (the 'website') is owned and operated by BALMOLOGY® (“we”, “us” or “our”). The following Terms and Conditions together with our PRIVACY POLICY, form an agreement between us and by using this website you accept these terms in full. ORDERING & PAYMENT

Purchasing from us should be an easy process. Simply add any items you wish to purchase to the shopping cart then choose whether to continue shopping or proceed to the checkout.

We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit, debit card through Stripe.

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch/Maestro/Solo.

Credit card details are captured within secure payment system and therefore no card details

are ever stored on computers belonging to BALMOLOGY®.

DELIVERY

We will deliver your goods according to your chosen delivery option.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We take pride in the superior quality of BALMOLOGY® products and in the care, which is taken to produce each and every batch. We hope you will be delighted with your purchase but if you are unsatisfied please let us know immediately by email or telephone so we can help resolve any problems.

PRODUCTS & PRICING

We take every care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on our website are correct at the time of uploading and aim to keep this information as up to date as possible. We cannot however always guarantee content to be error free – please inform us if you believe we have made any mistakes and we will correct immediately.

All prices on this website are inclusive of VAT at the current rate and exclude delivery charges. Prices on this website are subject to changes due the unstable costs of the raw ingredients. However we will endeavour to give advanced notice and will always honour the price of existing orders.
